Rachel Rowlatt (she/her) is a Process-Oriented Psychotherapist, somatic sexologist, and tantrika bridging clinical practice and conscious sexuality. Her work integrates Processwork, nervous system science, and embodied approaches drawn from tantra and somatic therapy to support individuals and couples navigating trauma, intimacy, and relational dynamics.
Bringing deep lived experience to her work, Rachel honours the intelligence of the body, the resilience of the nervous system, and the power of erotic expression as a pathway to healing. She supports individuals, couples, and groups to reconnect with their bodies, desires, and inner truth through practices that integrate breath, movement, self-pleasure, and relational awareness—always grounded in compassion, consent, and respect for each person’s unique pace and story.
As co-creator of Eden Events—a living garden of eros, pleasure, and presence—and Taboo Festival Sydney, Rachel has built some of Australia’s most beloved containers for conscious erotic exploration, including successful Temples, workshops, and retreats across multiple states. She recently facilitated at Taste of Love Festival Sydney, and has spoken on stage and at festivals across Australia and the United States.
She is also the founder of Liminalis School of Relational Arts, currently launching its flagship offering: the Self-Pleasure Modality™—a groundbreaking certification training that is redefining how practitioners engage with pleasure, the body, and the erotic field as instruments of healing.
Whether working with clients, facilitating group spaces, or speaking on stage, she meets people at the edge of their becoming—with curiosity, care, and radical presence.
