Disrespecting your own Boundaries: Talk to your Fawning Self
People pleasing, fawning, and conflict avoidance are common patterns that develop as protective strategies, often in response to past trauma or challenging situations.
We develop this tendency to Please others which might translate into not being in tune with our boundaries, minimising our needs or overstepping our own boundaries.
In this IFS-inspired workshop, we can begin to understand the parts of ourselves that drive these behaviors and work to heal the underlying wounds by addressing these parts compassionately.
