3 circles - Ceremony of Communal Self Pleasure
3 Circles is a ceremony of self-pleasure is an open invitation to explore your body, your choices and your unique sexual expression in a welcoming ritual of intimacy in the community.
It is an opportunity to witness and to be witnessed, to transform shame into celebration and to join an erotic collective of pleasure activists.
Participation in this ritual can be illuminating, empowering, challenging, revealing, freeing, energising, nurturing, normalising, affirming and honouring! There is optional nudity and optional self-touch without talking, distraction or touch with others.
We have a clear hygiene and consent protocol which involves no touch between participants. The ceremony is a celebration of mindful pleasure practice / soloving in a communal context.
Each of the 3 concentric circles welcome 3 ways to participate:
The outer Witnessing Circle sets the seated physical boundary of our ceremonial space and is where we meditate, connect our eyes to our hearts, witness with a soft gaze, and integrate the multiple sensory inputs.
The Awakening Circle, one step in, is where we set up our self-pleasure station and can explore self-touch, movement and breath, receiving inspiration from the collective and circulating arousal in our bodies.
The Celebrating Circle in the middle invites joyous movement, playfulness, ecstasy, aliveness and glowing solo eroticism.
Meet Yella!
Yella’s vision is a world where everybody accepts all facets of their sexual identity, finds access to sexual energy as a basic force of life, spiritual growth and personal development, is free to enjoy pleasure, receives and gives with awareness. In her lectures, workshop and coaching she supports people to find and deepen their very personal access to sexuality and intimacy.
Since her youth Yella has traveled the world collecting wisdom and knowledge about love, sexuality and relationships, including but not limited to psychology of sex, tantra, tantric massage, shamanic sex, slow sex, OM and BDSM. During her amazing journey she has attended over 100 sex workshops and met many teachers.
From 2010 on her love to speak to larger crowds has led her to hold talks and workshops. In 2011 her first book was published, a sex guide, followed by a series of tantric massage quick references and further books on the G-spot, Yoni massage and Slow Sex. She published German online courses on the G-spot, slow sex and working with the yoni egg. Yella’s work has been presented on TV, in radio, podcasts, articles, and during online summits.

Meet Daphne!
Daphne is a sexpositive self love coach and sensual arts facilitator , performer, somatic bodyworker, movement teacher and artivist from Rome.
Her work is related to autenthicity: she seeks ways for us to be our most authentic selves when relating to our inner world as well as in relationships.
She combines her knowledge of yoga, breathwork, neotantra , somatics, holistic spirituality, sacred sexuality and conscious kink to offer all sorts of journeys aimed at improving confidence, deepening self-awareness and self love, and empowering all bodies.
Diversity-aware and trauma-informed communication , bypassing gender and other standards, is her key approach – as well as an experiential learning method.
She uses authentic relating and conscious intimacy strategies to create a safer container for participants to experience vulnerability in a non threatening way and allow heart opening processes to happen.
She works in S+ and conscious festivals ( Xplore, WAO, Festival delle cose belle , Saperlo Prima, Patate Bollenti, FIAM MA, Earth Healing, BLIXX, Festival of Sensuality…)
and holds workshops and retreats in Italy & abroad.
Her latest project, MIAO, is the first and only temple of the senses in Rome, a one-of-a-kind event.
