During this experiential workshop we will taste some of the themes, of power over an power under in a guided group experience. Then we will experience a transgressive massage “Playing the body as a musical instrument” and learn how to use floggers as a tool of raising energy.
The body is the instrument, like a cello, the flogger is the bow and the energy is the music. This is a movement of transformation. The flogger, normally an instrument of power and punishment will be transformed into an instrument for rising energy and pleasure.

Participants will be guided through body warm-ups, improvisational exercises, and an introduction to foundational Playback forms such as Fluid Sculpture and Transformational Fluid.
Together, we’ll create a safe, creative space to explore stories around sexuality, taboos, and experiences from the festival. Participants will share, witness, and play back each other's stories, discovering new perspectives and connections through storytelling. This workshop is designed for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned performer or brand new to theatre. All you need is a willingness to reflect, connect, and explore the depth of human experiences through creative expression.

Dive into the world of pegging – a practice that blends fun, intimacy, and playful dynamics. In this IFS-inspired workshop, we can begin to understand the parts of ourselves that drive these behaviors and work to heal the underlying wounds by addressing these parts compassionately.

Here we will slowly explore desires pushed into the shadows by feminist, PC and personal empowerment culture. What makes it so hot to imagine being dumbed down, milked, and handled just like a milk cow? Or pulling a cart, being ridden, and washed and brushed down? Or pushing your nose into your owner's arms, looking up and purring at them?
